Before I ordered, I did my usual little routine of scrolling straight to the ingredient list, because I like to know what I’m getting into. At first glance, everything seemed okay, nothing jumped out as scary or confusing, and I appreciated that the label was easy to read instead of feeling like a science project.
That said, once I looked a little closer, I found myself wishing the formula was a bit cleaner. There are a few extra ingredients in there that I personally could do without, so I’m sort of stuck in the middle on this one. I wouldn’t say it’s bad, but it didn’t exactly impress me either

I was able to change my subscription easily without having to email support (which I always appreciate). It did take me a minute to find the cancel option, but once I spotted it, everything worked fine

I was glad to see my refund come through fast. The only tiny downside was that I wasn’t totally sure what the status was while I was waiting, so a clearer update would’ve been nice. But overall, the money came back without any trouble, so I’m happy with how it turned out.

I mean, the site was easy to get around for the most part, so that was nice. A few pages did load kind of slowly for me, though, which was a little annoying. Checkout worked fine, like, it got the job done, but on mobile it felt a bit clunky and could definitely be smoother...

It did help a bit with my cravings, so I’ll give it credit for that. I wouldn’t say it was amazing, but it kind of works okay. My biggest complaint is that there was basically no human contact, which made the whole thing feel a little cold and frustrating when I had questions.

Once it finally arrived, everything was fine and the package was in good shape, so no complaints there. It just wasn’t the fastest delivery experience
